No Friends Like Old Friends

S3 E1: Frankie's thrilled to be reconnecting with her wartime friend Louise in London, but smells trouble when Louise doesn't show up for a planned lunch at the Savoy Hotel. Joining forces with Agatha Christie, Frankie learns that Louise and her uptight husband James had quarrelled before her disappearance. He swears he doesn't know where Louise went, but isn't concerned - she's disappeared after arguments before and always come back. Frankie and Agatha discover that Louise had checked into a small hotel, but find her room in a shambles. When the hotel clerk tells them she saw a mystery man carry an unconscious Louise out of the hotel in the middle of the night, Frankie zeroes in on the husband. Convinced he knows more than he's saying, Frankie sneaks into Louise's house and discovers a hidden key for a safety deposit box… in Toronto. She calls in the troops, and Trudy, Mary and Flo leap into action, going to great lengths to access the contents of the box. Meanwhile, Frankie and Agatha track Louise to a nursing home that looks a lot more like a sanatorium. They finagle their way inside and discover a feverish Louise talking nonsense. Agatha recognizes Louise's symptoms as belladonna poisoning, something she saw during the war; without an antidote, and quick, Louise could die. Desperate to save her friend and determined to discover who's behind her incapacitation, Frankie confronts Louise's husband. He swears his innocence, but Frankie's not buying it… until word comes from Toronto that turns the entire case on its head. Can Frankie and Agatha get to the bottom of the mystery before Louise succumbs to the belladonna?
