Tiki Time

S1 E14: John's first stop is the tiki-crazy San Diego, Calif. where he's looking for a bucket list worthy island feast with everything from snack-able baos to ocean-fresh poke bowls. Next, John travels to Halifax, N.S., the place where donair was born, to learn everything about the city's official food, and to and learn the secret of their legendary, tangy-sweet donair sauce. Afterwards, John heads to Toronto, Ont. to sink his teeth into authentic Jamaican ackee and saltfish and learns his way around the jerk pit, finding out what it takes to make the most drool-worthy jerk chicken in the city.
