Two Can Play
A young woman with a well-ordered life receives an unexpected visit from a woman who claims to be her older sister. After some hesitation, she decides to take her in for a while, and her life with her husband is turned upside down. The two sisters, strangers to each other, must learn to know and accept each other. The narrative is interspersed with segments in which the two actresses playing the leads discuss their characters, tell their own stories, and invent dubious connections between their real and fictional lives. The medium alternates between video and 16mm.
