Retreat, Hell!

A Marine battalion is assembled from various sources and sent to Korea under the leadership of career commander (Frank Lovejoy) who is recalled from work at an American embassy. The advance through North Korea, and bitterly harsh winter sends the Marines into a fighting withdrawal. However, a seventeen year old private (Russ Tamblyn) goes looking for his older brother who is presumed dead while avoiding his discharge as the only surviving family member.
