Sometimes in April
Sometimes In April is the first major retelling of the tragedy of the 100 days of the 1994 Rwandan genocide shot on location in Rwanda where the real-life events transpired. The film's epic canvas follows a Hutu family as it is torn apart by the Rwandan genocide. It also explores the world's response to the atrocities and chronicles the country's struggle to find justice and accountability ten years later.
