Eve Gordon

Born in Pittsburgh, Eve Gordon has been acting on television and in feature films since the age of 22. After graduating with honors from Brown University, Gordon went on to earn her MFA in Acting from the Yale School of Drama. Gordon's first role was as Mindy Peters in the daytime drama "Ryan's Hope." The very next year she was cast in "The World According to Garp," playing Marge Tallworth. Since 1982, most of Gordon's work has been for the small screen; she played the role of Monica Klain, wife of Ron Klain in the HBO film "Recount" and played Marilyn Monroe in the Emmy-winning mini-series "A Woman Named Jackie." Gordon also played the mother of the character Felicity in the WB series "Felicity," about a young woman's experiences at a New York City university. Gordon played a number of guest roles on series like "Party of Five," "The Practice," and "Judging Amy." In 2011 Gordon was cast on the AMC Series "American Horror Story" about a family who relocates from Boston to Los Angeles, unaware that the mansion they inhabit is a haunted house. Gordon plays Dr. Hall, the obstetrician who treats lead character Vivien Harmon. Gordon is married to actor Todd Waring.
