The series follows five Indigenous youth on their personal journeys to reach their goals for achieving healthier minds, bodies and spirits.
The youth meet with dietician Kristy Leavitt and are challenged to shop for and prepare a healthy dish for a picnic.
The youth get a jigging lesson from Sagkeeng’s Finest, followed by their first weigh-in.
The youth bond during a camping/canoe trip; spiritual advisor Shane Patterson teaches them about petroforms.
The youth are given some style tips and are sent out to shop for a new wardrobe.
The youth have their final weigh-ins and recap their experience.
