Woo On Dal returns to Korea for the wedding of his father Woo Pyung Won, the president of a golf resort. Pyung Gang, who works at Woo Pyung Won's resort, rushes home to deal with loan sharks who stormed her house. On her way home, she runs into On Dal, who is on his way to ruin his father's wedding. Pyung Gang kicks out the loan sharks from her house. She feels helpless and is upset when her sister Pyung On reads their mother's letter. And Woo On Dal shows up and makes her more upset.

President Woo Pyung Won is angry with On Dal, saying the resort's reputation was damaged because of On Dal. After being kicked out of the resort, On Dal lives in Pyung Gang's guesthouse. Pyung Gang is annoyed by him acting like the owner and treating her like a maid. However, she can't say anything but bears with him since he is the son of the resort\u2019s president. When returning home from work, Pyung Gang sees that On Dal has moved his things into her house and yells at him out of anger.

On Dal is disqualified from the golf tournament and his father collapses. On Dal feels guilty for his father and sorry for the people who cheered him on. On Dal decides to leave for the U.S. But he hears from Kwan Ja Rak that his father's company might go bankrupt and Jae Wang Hoo is trying to take away the resort. On Dal visits his father, but he does not recognize On Dal due to dementia. He is heartbroken to see his father and tries his best to bring his father's memories back.

President Woo Pyung Won, On Dal's father, shows signs of dementia and doesn't recognize his son, On Dal. When On Dal has nowhere to go, Pyung Gang lets him stay at her place and tries to take care of him. While On Dal acts pitiful, he keeps asking Pyung Gang for things to do for him. When On Dal finds a way to keep the resort and President Woo Pyung Won's assets, he calls Pyung Gang and tells her to meet him. But he underestimates the challenges he has to face.
