Tomoya and his teammates, organizing under the name Blessing Software, head out on location to find inspiration for their visual novel video game; Tomoya ends up in compromising situations with several of the girls.
Upon meeting a beautiful girl, teenager Tomoya Aki becomes inspired to create a visual novel computer game and sets about recruiting some quirky but creative classmates to help him.
Tomoya and Megumi get to know each other by going out for coffee; Eriri and Utaha complain about Tomoya's vision for their game.
With Megumi away on vacation, Tomoya struggles to complete his new draft of the gaming project and begins to wonder if he should accept Eriri's advice to abandon his dream.
Utaha and Tomoya's lives become more entangled when Tomoya lands a part-time job as her editor; Tomoya sets the deadline for the game; Tomoya has a harsh reaction to seeing Megumi with another boy.
Megumi has trouble modeling for character artist Eriri; Tomoya's request for dating advice upsets Eriri; Utaha submits her draft of the game's storyline.
