SAS: Who Dares Wins UK Celebrity 2021

12 celebrities head into the wilds of the Scottish Hebrides on one of the toughest courses yet, in this brand new series of SAS: Who Dares Wins. During this first phase, the DS (Directing Staff) will apply pressure through a series of gruelling tasks and interrogations that will test the recruits both physically and mentally. Do these celebrities have what it takes to pass SAS selection?

After the recruits are asked to rank themselves from strongest to weakest, they are instructed to carry their 40g bergens and a 15kg sandbags to the first task, where they will be pitted against each other in hand to hand combat. Can they commit to physical conflict with the other recruits despite the bonds they've formed?

It's the third phase of this unique version of SAS: Who Dares wins. The 10 remaining celebrity recruits are placed in pairs and must work together for the next 48 hours. The tasks that see them rappel 100 foot down a sheer rock face and carry a 40kg fuel drum across miles of gruelling terrain. TV presenter Ore Oduba's place on the course is questioned.

The recruits face one of the most brutal and confronting tasks on the course, the Redman, where they must both release and control their aggression in hand to hand combat against the DS. Alexandra Burke is the only female recruit left on the course, but, at this halfway point in selection is struggling with her confidence.

In episode five of the new celebrity series of SAS: Who Dares Wins, 5 recruits remain. They don't know it yet, but in 24 hours they'll be sent on the run for escape and evasion. To break them down physically and mentally before this final stage, the Directing Staff push the recruits to their limits with two gruelling final tasks. Who will have the mental resolve to make it to the end?
