The Make or Break lens reveals a variety of storylines: recovering from injury or refocusing after glory. Whatever the inspiration, the stakes are high & seem to increase as Paris approaches.

Make or Break hits the road following athletes far and wide as they compete for Canada - their Paris 2024 dreams on trial - with gut-wrenching results.

The New Year brings something different for each Make or Break athlete. While some find moments to pull family and friends close for supportive introspection, others do not get the chance.

This is the final preparation for a day that will answer every question asked of themselves and by others.
