Daniel Mesguich

Daniel Mesguich was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Mesguich kickstarted his acting career in various films such as "La Fille de Prague avec un sac tres Lourd" (1978), "Love on the Run" (1979) and the drama "Clair de Femme" (1979) with Romy Schneider. He also appeared in "La Banquiere" (1980), the drama "Quartet" (1981) with Isabelle Adjani and "La Belle Captive" (1982). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "Les Mots pour le dire" (1983), the romance "Contes Clandestins" (1984) with Rebecca Pauly and the Catherine Jourdan dramatic adaptation "L' Araignee de Satin" (1986). Toward the end of his career, he tackled roles in the comedy "La Femme fardee" (1990) with Jeanne Moreau, the Werner Herzog sci-fi fantasy "Hard to Be a God" (1990) and "Le Radeau de la Meduse" (1995). He also appeared in the Nick Nolte historical love story "Jefferson in Paris" (1995) and the action flick "The Musketeer" (2001) with Catherine Deneuve. Most recently, Mesguich acted in "Capital" (2013).
