Finnish Army machine gun company heads towards east and many are seeing battle for the first time.

The Finnish invasion continues, but with heavy losses. Soldiers have progressed deep into the Soviet Union. Corporal Rokka arrives to the front with replacements.

Men occupying Äänislinna are waiting for the war to end so they can go home, but instead they receive orders to progress deeper into Soviet Union.

Long stalemate is getting on everyone's nerves and snipers will notice even the slightest carelessness. Rokka is in danger to be court martialed.

Finns lose their defensive positions one after another against the overpowering enemy. Finally, peace is declared but he war has left its mark on individuals as well as the nation.
