S1, E2: In the second episode, a dream comes true for Karsu. Besides showing us the lovely streets, authentic bars and colorful architecture of Istanbul's idyllic Asian part, she also visits Refika. This Turkish version of Jamie Oliver is a great role model for Karsu. Now she gets to work with this creative culinary legend to create a new Turkish dish in Refika's legendary cooking studio. A dish they decide to share with the whole neighborhood. And so by the end of the episode, the entire street is filled with overjoyed residents.
