Tokyo Noodle Factory
With the motto "Quick, cheap, and delicious," Tokyo Seimenjo has been serving affordable udon to loyal customers. When the manager goes on maternity leave and a key staff member quits, the remaining team - Haruto Aoi (Shuntaro Yanagi), Yoshio Midorikawa (So Okuno), Rin Momota (Shiori Akita), and Setsuko Kimoto (Keiko Enoue) - find themselves struggling. Their challenges intensify with the arrival of new manager Kotaro Akamatsu (Hokuto Yoshino), a 27-year-old hotel management expert with zero restaurant experience. Uncertain about Kotaro's ability to lead, the staff worry about the restaurant's future and whether his inexperience will help or harm their beloved udon shop.
