Dean reads an obituary notice for a wrestler he and Sam used to watch when they were kids. Deciding they need a break from tracking The Darkness, the brothers decide to attend the funeral to pay their respects. The funeral is full of wrestlers, including Shawn Harley (guest star MIKE "THE MIZ" MIZANIN), a hotshot new wrestler with a fiery temper who pushes everyone's buttons, and veteran wrestler Gunner Lawless (guest star ALEKS PAUNOVIC). Sam and Dean attend the next match to re-live one of their fondest childhood memories but when another wrestler turns up dead, play-time quickly turns to work.

Hook helps Regina with a plan to transport her and Henry back to Fairytale land; Emma grows increasingly suspicious of Tamara; the queen asks Rumplestiltskin to transform her so that she can kill Snow White.

After being attacked, Clark wakes up in a mental asylum and is told he has been there for five years due to his elaborate fantasy that he has alien superpowers. In this bizarre world, Martha is married to Lionel, Chloe is also mentally unstable and Lana has chosen Clark over Lex. Lana begs Clark to agree to a doctor's treatment so they can be together, but when a fellow patient named John Jones (recurring guest star PHIL MORRIS) informs him that the doctor is actually a phantom and Clark needs to kill him in order to return to reality, Clark must make the toughest decision of his life.

After Zatanna sends a magically spiked bottle of champagne to Clark and Lois for their bachelor/bachlorette parties, the gang blacks out after the toast, only to wake up the next morning and realize they can't remember anything about the night before. While trying to retrace their steps, Lois realizes she lost her engagement ring and drags Oliver back to the Fortune Casino where she thinks she lost it. The two run into Fortune (guest star JAMES KIDNIE), the eccentric casino owner, who accuses them of stealing money from him. Meanwhile, Clark tells Chloe he has a memory of stealing an armored truck the night before.
