Riho Unt

Riho Unt is an Estonian animated film director, scenarist, artist. Unt was born in Kose-Risti, Estonia. He studied animation at the Tallinn Art Institute, graduating in 1980. After graduating, he worked as an animator at Tallinnfilm and Nukufilm. In 1989, he founded his own animation studio, Riho Unt Film. Unt's first major film was Kapsapea, which was released in 1993. The film is a satirical look at Estonian society in the post-Soviet era.
