Pour Sarah

Sarah and Cedric, childhood friends, go to a party at their friend Manue's house given in honour of Cedric's new kitesurfing sponsor and his upcoming departure for Australia. While their parents are spending the weekend by the lake, the police call to tell them that their children have had a serious car accident. Sarah and Cédric are between life and death: an unbearable wait begins.

Cedric only has hip fractures while Sarah is in a coma that could be permanent. Lola, the daughter of Commissioner Zerrouki in charge of the case, was present at the party. Her mother tries to understand what happened as Lola seems to be hiding things from her. Her boyfriend Gégé is suspected by the investigators.

Sarah comes out of a coma with no intestine and her life governed by a heavy medical protocol. Cedric and Sarah's parents are torn apart over the responsibility for their children. At the same time they discover their children's secrets. Lola, helped by Gégé, tries to find out what happened to her at Manue's party since she doesn't remember anything. Manue, tries to get closer to Cédric.

Sarah begins her long convalescence and Cedric leaves the hospital. Between the parents and within the couples, tensions rise, aggravated by the secrets discovered. Lola has doubts about Gégé and tells her mother, who undertakes to find out what happened to her on the night of the party. Manue goes to a clinic to get treatment for a big wound she has neglected.

Sarah succeeds in her re-education and is allowed to go out to attend the Moon Party, a party where all the young people plan to get together. On the evening of the party, tensions between the teenagers explode, while the parents' relationship are at their worst.

Manue reveals what she knows about the night of the accident, while Commissioner Zerrouki finds the truth about what happened to her daughter Lola that night. Now that the light is shed on the night of the accident, the legal outcome of this case will forever mark the lives of the young people and their parents.
