Episode 4

S1 E4: Tom Kerridge welcomes three more teams of pastry chefs for the fourth heat of this tense competition. One team is captained by a cookery school teacher who has recruited two of his former star pupils. The second team is made up of three chefs from a five star London hotel, and the third team are an all-French outfit from a high-end patisserie.
