Ep. 4

S7 E4: The team respond to reports of a man walking on the railway tracks. Advanced paramedic Ian is immediately dispatched to the scene, where he finds the patient on the platform having been clipped by a train. Although his physical injuries are of most immediate concern, after spending more time with the patient it becomes clear to Ian that it is his underlying mental health that has put him in the way of danger.
