Episode 4

S1 E4: After a year, the families' private prosecution finally arrives in court. Polly's friendships are pushed to their limits as Leona is torn apart on the stand. But when their case dramatically falls apart when their star witness, Tim, has a last minute change of heart, it falls to Polly, once again, to dig deep. Desperate to do right by her daughter Polly has to convince Iwan to come clean. His evidence, which sends Harriet to prison for colluding with him over the site inspection, also incriminates himself. With justice finally achieved, the families realise that there is still a long road ahead to come to terms with the tragedy. But there is still hope for Polly and Leona, whose bond is stronger than ever.
