Episode 5

S1 E5: Drama series set in a Cheshire village during the Second World War. The isolated community could not feel further away from the impending bloodshed and battlefields, yet it is not immune from the effects of war, and everyone must make sacrifices as the conflict begins to have an impact. Erica's friendship with Pat is tested, and a new evacuee in the village is not quite what Frances bargained for.
