S1 E5: It's the fifth and final heat. Tom Kerridge welcomes the last three teams of pastry chefs to the competition. Chefs from a fine-dining restaurant in Liverpool are up against a team of chocolatiers from Leeds and a team which will be competing for Wales in the culinary Olympics.
