Series 4, Episode 7

S4 E7: Adam is amazed to see how big Rachel has become while she's been away. They disagree over the baby's name and Rachel is hurt by Adam's sudden loss of interest in sex. Karen embarks upon a full-blooded affair with Mark. She's in love with him and hard as she might try, she can't put a stop to their burgeoning relationship. David, meanwhile, is consumed with work. He has been handed Operation Poisoned Chalice - to recommend substantial job cuts within his department.Pete and Jo finally get it together. There is only one problem - sex. Pete, consumed by anxiety that Jo will go off him when she sees him naked, keeps on delaying the moment when they finally consummate their relationship. Jo takes his reluctance to mean that he doesn't fancy her. Then she receives a blow - her visa has expired and she's got to return to Australia. Pete takes her to the airport. It's only after she's left that Rachel throws light on what happened. Pete rushes to the airport and gets the next plane to Sydney. Jo, bowled over by the romance of his gesture, proposes to him.
