S3 E8:
Eight chefs must prepare and cook scallops with beurre blanc sauce, and a souffle with caramel sauce. At the end of it, one chef from each task will be going home. The remaining chefs then have just 60 minutes to recreate two dishes cooked by Michel - a dessert of sesame crisp marinated grapes and tipsy cream, and blanquette de volaille. The two best chefs from each part will go through to the quarter-final.
