S5 E9: Gordon and his team travel around Britain looking for brilliant local restaurants serving food from all over the globe, before inviting the best two to cook in the F Word restaurant. His two top contenders Greek Retsina and Moroccan Doukan, both from London battle it out in the kitchen cooking a delicious menu of sardine starters, main courses of prawn and mussel tagine and a delicious mixed grill, followed by spiced apple cake for 50 paying (or not paying) diners. Meanwhile, Gordon uncovers the secrets of Greek cuisine and Janet Street-Porter explores one of Morocco’s greatest delicacies. Plus, Gordon is joined by some very special guests, including Stavros Flatley and his son from Britain's Got Talent and their plate-smashing dance takes the restaurant by storm.
