S17 E4: After Ashley goes home, the chefs compete in a Letter Lottery challenge. Giovanni's dish isn't enough to beat the red team, and the women get to enjoy a beautiful day in Santa Barbara. At dinner service, Josh has a portion control problem on risotto, Giovanni sends up raw pork, and Benjamin serves a raw wellington. Chef Ramsay has had enough and kicks the blue team out of the kitchen.
