Man Overboard

S2 E1: When Jim decides to implement a new plan to reduce unemployment in the north, Sir Humphrey decides that desperate cases call for desperate measures. He tells Jim that the man putting forward the plan has designs on the Prime Minister's job and might be plotting against him.
