Miss Lovelace and the Mayor's Hat

S1, E2: On a windy day the Mayor goes to inspect the park and finds a broken bench. Chippy Minton is sent for. Miss Lovelace is walking her dogs in the park and the Mayor's hat gets stuck in a tree. The Fire Brigade come to retrieve it.
