Part One

S1 E1: London, 1894. Adolf Verloc, an anarchist supplying information to the Tsarist Embassy, finds himself working under a new regime set by Mr Vladimir, a man with a mission. Meanwhile Chief Inspector Heat, who provides Verloc with immunity from prosecution for this same information, also finds change afoot with a new boss of his own.
