S2 E2: Every golfer wants to achieve that extra advantage on the green. A movement as complex as a golf swing requires focus, strength, flexibility, balance, and power from the ground up. This intense workout is designed to sharpen all of those areas with a focus on isolating key physical components that will aid in increasing club head speed to send that ball further down the fairway! By practicing this specially-designed Pilates routine 3 or 4 times a week, you'll be conditioning your body to have the power, agility and control that's so beneficial for golfers.
