Pool Monster/The Uninvited

S1 E6: When Spencer shoots a movie in his pool, Billy's ectoplasm turns the film's harmless goldfish star into a fearsome aquatic monster. Spencer's sister develops a crush on Kleet, and the bully sees an opportunity to spend time tormenting him.
