S2 E24: Mayor announces that he will display huge Play Ranger's portraits in front of city hall. But Tory thinks that she is portrait destroyer. Tory helps town people to avoid the portrait. She helped the penguins' ice cream business and successfully sold out. Penguins go to ice cream factory to produce as many as they can and the factory is now unstoppable.
