The Birthday

S3 E1: Caroline throws a party for Elena's 18th birthday, but Elena is distracted by thoughts of Stefan, who has been missing with Klaus for several months. Damon is conducting his own search for his brother, but he is not sure that finding Stefan is such a good idea. Meanwhile, Jeremy is struggling as he experiences unsettling visions, Caroline and Tyler face a new and unexpected challenge.
