Karthick, a jobless yet jolly guy falls in love with Janani at first sight. However, his father makes him promise that he would not stay in touch with her, until he completes his studies in Australia. Meanwhile, Janani is married off to a rich industrialist Siva. Karthick returns and becomes friends with Siva who ask him to take teach Janani a lesson, unaware that she’s now is wife!
