Devil In the Woods

Richard Vineyard (Stephen Moyer, True Blood) is eager for his son, daughter and new wife to get along, so he plans a family vacation. Wanting to get away from it all, they decide upon the reclusive Pine Barrens, but when they arrive they find the main campsite oversubscribed, full of reminders of the life they are trying to escape. Desperate for real solitude, Richard leads his family deeper into the woods and it soon becomes clear that all is not well, animals are found mutilated and horrifically killed. Struck down by illness, Richard and his family are stranded and the local legend of the ‘Jersey Devil’ that stalks the darkened woods starts to haunt their thoughts. A peaceful family vacation ends up a deadly nightmare as insanity takes over and the Devil inside and out will stop at nothing.
