Model high school student Reagan Collins (Colin Ford) offers a lucrative sideline to fellow college mates: he'll arrange fatal 'accidents' for their parents if they become overbearing or just plain inconvenient. However, seasoned cop Cliff Dawkins (Timothy Simons) realises something strange is happening and starts to put the pieces together.
