The current Dr. Frankenstein, who has been brutally disfigured by the Nazis, rents his castle to a film crew for money to continue his grandfather's work. With the newfound money, Dr. Frankenstein builds a nuclear reactor to generate enough power to animate his Creature, into whom he has transplanted a fresh brain with an implanted hypnotic suggestion to obey the scientist. But the experiment in reanimated flesh, brain transplant, post hypnotic suggestion and nuclear power goes horribly wrong...
