Film documentary chronicling the history of marijuana use in 20th-Century America, including the crusade of Harry Anslinger, who waged a life-long war against marijuana use in the States. By the 50s and 60s, attitudes towards the drug had changed, with some states relaxing their laws on the substance, but the Reagan administration's hard line against all drugs caused another social shift in the 80s.
