The story of master-thief Lupin. When he robs a Monte Carlo casino only to discover the money is counterfeit, he sets off with his gang to find the forger. He tracks him down to the small country of Cagliostro, run by an evil count who is the criminal responsible for the fake bills, which he plans to use to overthrow the world's economy. He's also planning to force the beautiful Princess Clarice to marry him.
