Relaxing Restorative Yoga Class with Sleep Yoga Bonus
Join instructor Mary Haberski for a Deep Restorative Yoga Class that also features a Yoga Nidra or Sleep Yoga Sequence. First, Mary will guide you through a 40 minute restorative class designed to relax and restore. Next, you can try out a 20 minute Yoga Nidra sequence or sleep yoga which focuses on breath and mind. These classes are slow moving and work great for the beginner or advanced student.
