The Invasion of Carol Enders
During a date, Carol Enders gets mugged and goes into a coma. At the same time, Diana Bernard dies in a suspicious car accident. When Carol wakes up, she is convinced Diana's spirit is in her body and is determined to find out who killed her, even as the police name her a suspect in Diana's death.
