Little Allan's parents divorce and he is forced to move to a brand new town. His desperate search for new friends leads him to suddenly act as a human antenna for his elderly, UFO-possessed tenant. When the mind-reading alien, Maiken, crash lands with them and they have to take her home, a unique friendship develops that Allan won't want to be without. However, he's not the only one interested in Maiken, as a mad collector is also on the trail.
