With his new house comes a new opportunity for Donald to love thy neighbor. Easier said than done when your neighbor is Pete and his reckless dog, Muncey. No sooner has Donald hung up his "Home Sweet Home" sign when Pete decides Donald's tulip bed is a perfect place to dump his garbage.
