Dexter Riley accidentally mixes one of his compounds with vitamin cereal, only to discover it gives the person eating it super-human strength for a few minutes. The Dean of Dexter's college sees the money making potential of this cereal and sells the rights to a big company owned by a relative, but rivals are determined to stop the deal at any cost.
