Chloé Bourgeois

Montreal actress Chloe Bourgeois quickly grew from small roles in teen films and bit parts in French-Canadian television shows to sensitive characters in feature films. Her breakthrough came as understanding best friend Mia in the teen angst drama "Tout est Parfait" (2008). The film won a Genie Award for director Yves-Christian Fournier and established Chloe as a promising new actress. She dropped out of sight for a few years but then resurfaced in 2011 with leading roles in a pair of short films that made the film festival rounds, the coming of age story "Je Suis un Chateau de Sable Qui Attend la Mer " (2011) and the startling dramatic short "Baby Blues" (2012). Her adroit handling of the role of Mia in "Tout est Parfait" brought her to the attention of Canadian director Frederick Pelletier, who cast her as small-town girl Fanny in "Diego Star" (2013), opposite lead actor Issaka Sawadogo. She went on to a very different type of project with the horror television webseries "Les Jaunes" (The Yellow) (TOU.TV, 2013-), a clever variation on the popular zombie craze in which she played a leading role.
