James is back in the kitchen and welcomes in 2025 by serving up a feast of delicious recipes for Gloria Hunniford and enjoying dishes from chefs Galton Blackiston and Tommy Banks.

James make a stunning knickerbocker glory and enjoy a crab tart from chef Galton Blackiston. There is also a Masterclass in which James teaches us how to cook steak properly, and James also serves up a delicious crumble for Strictly Come Dancing star Anton Du Beke with a little help from chefs Nick Nairn and Cyrus Todiwala.

Today James is joined by Galton Blackiston, not only his close pal but also a top-class, Michelin-starred chef.

James serves up an iced parfait with a little help from a Cornish distillery, enjoys a seafood stew courtesy of chef Paul Ainsworth, shares some recipe ideas for courgettes in another Masterclass and cooks teriyaki steak for guest Kimberley Walsh with a little help from chefs Galton Blackiston and Lenny Carr-Roberts.
