Andy reveals that each challenge this week will be a service challenge. With all 16 of the contestants being in with the chance of winning immunity from elimination and securing their place in the next round of the competition.

Each team has two and a half hours to prepare a three-course meal. Each course is centred on a colour which is determined by the toss of a coin.
