John Fawcett

Canadian by birth, director John Fawcett rose to fame in Hollywood for his spectacular direction to a variety of films. In 1997, he made feature film debut with "The Boys Club." Fawcett launched his directing career with dramas such as "Ginger Snaps" (2001) starring Emily Perkins. In addition to his other work, at this time Fawcett directed a few films such as "The Boy's Club" (1996) and the Emily Perkins drama "Ginger Snaps" (2001). In addition to directing, Fawcett appeared on the big screen as an actor in the Jim Mitchell documentary "Riding the Rails" (1997). In the early 2000s, Fawcett devoted his time to various credits, such as "Ginger Snaps 2: Unleashed" (2004), "Ginger Snaps: The Beginning" with Katharine Isabelle (2004) and "The Dark" (2005). He also worked on "The Border" (Canadian Broadcasting Company (CBC), 2007-2010). Shifting to the small screen in more recent years, Fawcett directed a number of television programs, including "The Dresden Files" (2007), "The Bridge" (CBS, 2010) and "Unnatural History" (Cartoon Network, 2010). Fawcett most recently worked on "After the Black" (BBC, 2016).
