Kacey Clarke

Born in the Enfield section of London, Kacey Barnfield knew she wanted to act and got her career started at the tender age of nine. For her first role, outside of some commercials and stage plays, she was featured in the BBC drama "Hope and Glory" opposite Lenny Henry in 1997. In 2000 Barnfield landed the role of Maddie Gilks on the show "Grange Hill." She played a bully and the girlfriend of character Baz Wainwright and was a central character to many of the plots during her five years working on the show. Her first feature film role came in 2007, when she played a small role in "Popcorn," a teen romance about a guy who gets a job at the movie theater where his dream girl works. Following "Popcorn," Barnfield was cast as Crystal Waters in the big-budget Hollywood blockbuster "Resident Evil: Afterlife," alongside Milla Jovovich. The following year, Barnfield was cast as Kate in "Roadkill," another horror film about a group of teenagers who take a road trip around Ireland. Although the movie itself was panned, her performance was well received, and in June 2011 it was announced by Variety magazine that she would star in a 3D thriller entitled "Glutton," to be directed by David Arquette.
